不成功不收費 + on-site re-test before we leave. Most HK 通渠 shops promise "no fix, no charge" — we go further: even after we clear it, if the drain re-blocks within 7 days we come back free. Every quote is given in writing on WhatsApp before we dispatch. No "$700 quote → $18,000 invoice" surprises.
What "不成功不收費" means here: if our equipment can't clear the blockage on-site, you owe HKD 0 — not "callout fee", not "diagnostic charge", not "labour for trying". Zero.
For severe blockages requiring heavy-duty equipment: 高壓機通渠 (high-pressure machine): HKD 2,300-2,800 · 刨渠 (mechanical drain reaming): HKD 3,800+. Both quoted on-site after inspection; only used when standard auger can't clear.
