PRE Before knock on door

JOB On-site
- ✓Photo BEFORE start show the blocked drain + standing water if any
- ✓Customer witnesses test "see, water doesn't drain — confirm we're fixing this"
- ✓Use mechanical method auger / snake / hot water — NOT chemicals (kills on-site re-test)
- ✓If anything extra found → photo + quote BEFORE doing it customer can decline; document the upsell
- ✓Full-flow test 60 sec fill basin, drain, time it; should be <60 sec for sink <5 sec for floor drain
- ✓Photo AFTER cleared show the drain flowing
POST Before leaving
- ✓Cleanup wipe area, remove used disposables, leave better than found
- ✓Explain what was wrong (1 min) "Tissue + floss block at U-trap; happens often, here's prevention…"
- ✓Generate receipt URL → print or save PDF tap "Generate receipt link" below
