🚐 Before we arrive — 5-min checklist
We're dispatching now. While you're waiting, these 6 things make the job faster + cheaper for everyone.

1. If water is overflowing — turn off the supply NOW
For toilets: shut-off valve is behind/under the toilet, twist clockwise to close. For sinks: under-sink valve. For full-flat: building's main shut-off (usually outside flat near front door, or inside the kitchen ceiling). This stops the immediate damage; we'll fix the drain when we arrive.

2. Clear a path to the drain area
Move bath mats, rugs, plants, kid stuff, anything within 1 metre of the affected toilet/sink/drain. We'll need to set up tools + equipment without bumping things.

3. Photo the issue (optional but useful)
If safe, take 1-2 photos showing: where water is/isn't draining, any standing water level, any unusual signs (gurgling sounds, bad smell, water mark on wall). Not required but speeds diagnosis.

4. Identify the building shut-off (in case)
Know where your building's main water valve is, just in case we need to use it. Usually clearly labelled in the lobby or fire-control room. Property manager / 管理員 knows.

5. Have payment method ready
FPS, PayMe, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK, Octopus, bank transfer, or cash — all accepted. Quoted price is final price; no surprises. See full payment options.

6. Make sure someone can let us in
Be home, or arrange for a neighbour / family member / 管理員 to grant access. If we wait at the door for 15+ min, the standard cancellation fee applies (HKD 100).
If something is dangerously wrong:
Active flooding into your home OR water near electrical sockets / appliances → turn off your main electrical breaker NOW (usually a flat panel near the front door labelled "電掣" / "Main"). Then WhatsApp us — we'll come faster + know to bring extra equipment.
What we'll do when we arrive:
Greet you · confirm the issue · confirm the quoted price · set up equipment · clear the drain · 60-second flow test · take before/after photos · explain what was wrong · receipt + payment · 7-day re-block guarantee written on receipt. Total on-site: 20-45 min for residential.
